A fair and honest Return Policy ensures that customers feel comfortable with their purchases and with us. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that all tagswish products that possibly can be safely returned will be returnable. But it is important to note that not all products are returnable. If you are not happy with your selection for any reason Lotus Handicrafts has a 30-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. After 30 days all sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Therefore we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment.
Please make sure you follow our return policy as outlined below.
- The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We will refund this postage cost if the return is due to our error You may ship your package using the delivery method of your choice.
- No credit is given for lost packages.
- Nonreturnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
- In the case that the merchandise being returned is due to the seller's shipping mistakes, such as wrong size and styles, the customer will have a full refund for the order he or she paid.
- The customer will get a partial refund subtracting 10% restocking fee based on the price of the item returned.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the seller had received the returned item.
No Returns Conditions : The above return policy does not cover the following types of orders
- Commerce Accounts: Wholesale and Custom items purchases are final.
- General Discounts: High-volume purchases that receive wholesale discounts are all considered a 'wholesale' purchase and are excluded from the return policy. Sales of such orders are final.
We will assess the overall condition of the item(s) being returned and will issue a credit accordingly. If the item you return cannot be resold at its original price, we might decide not to refund the full amount you paid for. So please make sure you take every precaution possible to return the item(s) in the original and undamaged form and packaging. Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, we will refund the money in the same way the customer originally paid. We will refund your credit card within 7 to 10 days. If you have paid by Bank transfer or money order, your account will be credited within 4 To 7 days.
Authorized returns will be refunded as soon as we receive the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
